Michael T. Carbery, CFA
President

Expertise: More than 25 years experience in developing investment strategies for institutional clients, including public funds and health care organizations, endowments and foundations, and financial institutions and exchanges. Specific expertise in fixed income and alternative strategies for institutional and private clients.

Experience: Founding Bank Organizer of First Community Bank (Homer Glen and Lockport). Senior Vice President for Institutional Investment Management with Brown Brothers Harriman (Chicago, IL), the country’s oldest private bank. Previously, Senior Vice President with The Chicago Corporation. Earlier in Wall Street career, assisted community banks nationwide in the formulation and implementation of their investment strategies.

Community Service: Lockport native. Civic and Professional memberships
include: Rotary Club of Lockport, Yale Club of Chicago (Director), CFA Society of Chicago, Executives’ Club of Chicago, Bond Club of Chicago.

Education: BA degree in Economics from Yale University, cum laude with Distinction in the Major. Conferred the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). Graduate of Joliet Catholic High School.


Molly McCann

Expertise: More than 8 years of community banking experience. Specializes in meeting the personal banking needs of small businesses, individuals, and families. Knowledgeable in Traditional and Roth IRAs.

Experience: Founding Banker of First Community Bank (Homer Glen). Personal Banker at New Lenox State Bank; became Senior Personal Banker upon its merger with
Harris NA.

Community Service: Lifelong member of the
Orland Park community

Education: BS in Actuarial Science, North Central College


John O'Brien

Expertise: Experience in structuring complex financial transactions, primarily in the commercial and industrial sectors. Expertise includes transaction origination, structuring, closing and funding of financial opportunities covering a variety of structuring parameters and investment risk.

Experience: Founding Officer of First Community Bank (Homer Glen). Twenty five years of financial service experience in the origination of commercial loans and leases. Most recently, VP in the MB Financial Bank Commercial Lending group, working with south surburban small to mid-size businesses.

Community Service: Active in various civic and school groups and organizations throughout the Lemont area. Fifteen year resident of Lemont.

Education: BS in Business Administration from Saint Joseph’s College


Mary Ann Murphy

Expertise: More than 25 years of community banking experience. Successful in building lasting relationships with clients; specifically working to meet the personal banking needs of individuals and families. Specializes in
managing deposits and consumer loans, concentrating on Small Business, Not-For-Profit Organizations, and Trust Accounts.

Experience: Founding Officer of First Community Bank (Homer Glen). Vice President, Branch Manager for Harris Bank (formerly NLSB Bank) for over 24 years. The last 6 years have been spent serving the community of Homer Glen. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of banking; teller duties, new account information, customer service needs.

Community Service: Active in Homer Glen Chamber of Commerce, St. Jude Catholic Church; Eucharist Minster at Sunny Hill Nursing Home in Joliet. Participated in local Charity drives including March of Dimes and American Cancer Society.

Education: Attended Joliet Junior College and the American Institute of Banking.


Glenn Kelley

Expertise: More than 15 years of community banking experience specifically in the Will County area specializing in land acquisition/development loans, construction lending and investment real estate financing.

Experience: Founding Officer of First Community Bank (Homer Glen). Community banking career began with NLSB Bank as Vice President. After 10 years of employment and the Harris, NA acquisition was recruited by Bank of Shorewood as Vice President.

Community Service: Life long resident of the Lockport community, 5 year Member of Will/Grundy Counties Home Builders Association

Education: MBA in Marketing from Lewis University, BS in Finance from Illinois State University and an Associates degree from Joliet Junior College.


Vickie Janisky

Expertise: Has 9 years experience providing professional and courteous service while processing a variety of day-to-day customer transactions. Participates in the daily
administration of the branch operations.

Experience: Founding Banker of First Community Bank (Homer Glen). Teller, Teller Supervisor, Customer Service Representative at Citizens First National Bank and Harris Bank (formerly NLSB Bank).

Community Service: Participates in many fund raising events including American Cancer Society and March of Dimes and 6 year resident of Homer Glen.


Jim Maloney

Expertise: Has over 25 years experience in the industry, working as a Controller, IT Manager and Director of Planning and Profitability.

Experience: Founding Officer of First Community Bank (Homer Glen). Served as the Controller for BankFinancial before moving into the role of IT Manager. After guiding BankFinancial through Y2K, was moved to head up Planning and Performance. Developed and implemented a Budget system for Mid America Bank.

Community Service: Lifelong resident of Joliet. Adjunct Instructor of Finance and Accounting at the University of St. Francis. Past Athletic Director and current coach for Holy family School. Served as President of Holy Family School Board for two years and member of the board for 6 years.

Education: MBA and BA from University of St. Francis.


Megan Kosek
Personal Banker

Expertise: More than five years of community banking experience in Homer Glen. Specializes in meeting the personal banking needs of individuals and families while providing professional and courteous service.

Experience: Receptionist and Teller with New Lenox State Bank; became Senior Teller and Customer Service Representative with Harris NA.

Community Service: Participates in local charity events including the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life.

Education: BA from Governor State University.


DaleAnn Kania

Expertise: More than 18 years of community banking experience. Specializes in processing and maintaining commercial and consumer loans.

Experience: Loan Administrator with New Lenox State Bank which merged with Harris, N.A.

Community Service: 19 year resident of Homer Glen and has participated in local charity events including the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life.
